Why are there no resources available to find rental property online for the Quincy area? Well now there is! LocalLandLord.com is being created to help both LandLords find quality Tenants, and for Individuals seeking quality Housing to find that as well.
I recently became distraught while looking online for available rental property in the local area. So I decided it was a calling to create a website to help others such as myself. There are currently no listing so this is a call to all landlords with vacant properties to list their properties for free!

Same problem here. And the apartments you do find are outrages in price. Why do I need to pay twice what a mortgage payment would be for a tiny apartment? Because I was raised to only buy what you can afford, so I have no credit, not Quincy's fault. But come on give us renters a freakin bone.
I even tried to create a site for Quincy rentals where I was going to contact all the landlords in town and have them post openings on the site...Guess what, a large portion of landlords don't even live here in Quincy, and several did not want to hassle with keeping up with online records.
The website didn't work...?
